About Me
My name is Jonathan and I am a PhD candidate at the UCR Department of Mathematics. I received my Bachelor's degree in pure mathematics in June 2016, my Master's degree in December 2018, and completed my Ph.D. in September 2022.
My research interests include Low-Dimensional Topology and Geometric Group Theory. My thesis advisor is Dr. Stefano Vidussi.
At UCR, I was a Graduate Recruitment Ambassador, Vice President of the UCR student chapter of the American Mathematics Society, and co-founder for the UCR student chapter of the Pacific Math Alliance.
